Audits Operation Assessment
Our services in relation to the COR Audit program is designed to provide the employer/corporation with the following:
A Detailed review of all relative health and safety documentation in accordance with the COR requirement
Interviews with both management and labour personnel to verify the knowledge of the corporate Health and Safety program
A series of site/project visits to verify the effectiveness of the corporate Health and Safety program, including photographic records and discussion with on site personnel
A detailed scoring of the audit results based on best case scenarios, providing to the employer/corporation with a detailed report indicating the strengths and weaknesses of the Health and Safety program.
Based on the audit results, a detailed “action plan” is prepared, subject to the approval of the employer/corporation, the actions indicated are initiated. These action plans, once completed will bring the employer/corporation into full compliance with the COR “Certification of Recognition” program requirements
